    I'm not an expert - but if you see any tan at all then she is not a bi-blue. Perhaps she is a blue merle?

    She doesn't look blue to me at all, more than likely a sable. Is she a purebred, and what color are her parents?

    I hate to say it--are you sure she is pure Sheltie? Looks like there may be other color components at play. She is very cute!

    My thoughts too. But she looks like a sweet happy little pup even if it turns out she is not purebred.

    I agree. Definitely not a blue merle or bi-blue, and her head, ears, and color are pinging "not all Sheltie" to me.

    The black masking around the muzzle makes it a mix. That gene is set in Shelties, and we don't have it.

    So it could be anything, but it's not a Sheltie.
