I am sorry for the passing of your 'family member, but, at least she's not suffering anymore.

Hi Corbinam .... thank you my friend... we are grieving much. There is not much you can do. We remember Cassie and talk about her every day. Cassie was a very special dog. Well, like most Shelties, she was smart, kind, affectionate and very loyal.

We will keep her in our heart forever. She is buried on the same spot with our first Sheltie Candy
    .

We are going to get a new Sheltie soon. Our home is too quiet without Cassie. I think we can not imagine our life without the 4 legged member of the family any more.

    I will keep you posted.

Hi dear, it was so very hard to see Cassie suffering. We sincerely thought that feeding her thru the feeding tube would prolong her life. No, it just added her sufferings. We learned the hard way.

Cassie did not have cancer, but was diagnosed chronic kidney disease when she was 3 years old. By 7 her kidneys condition went downhill
    .

Thank for your sympathy and care.
